These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between "you" the customer and Bennex E-commerce Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "GiftPrezzy.com") GiftPrezzy.com is a trading name of Bennex E-commerce Ltd Registered Company No: 08706790 in England and Wales.
All goods which appear for sale on the www.giftprezzy.com web site ("the web site") are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.
By placing an order with GiftPrezzy.com you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which GiftPrezzy.com may or may not accept at their sole discretion.
If an order is accepted, Giftprezzy.com will send you an e-mail to confirm.
You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information, supplied by you during or after the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, GiftPrezzy.com will have the right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.
A number of products represented on GiftPrezzy.com are made to order. In this instance, full payment for the goods will be taken in advance as the products are bespoke in nature. Please note that made to order and personalised products cannot be returned except in the event of a fault.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform GiftPrezzy.com as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, GiftPrezzy.com assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.
GiftPrezzy.com does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. GiftPrezzy.com will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
GiftPrezzy.com does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
GiftPrezzy.com will only be liable for loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
You are required to print a Copy of Your invoice on which will appear your rights of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Contracts Concluded by Distance Communication) Regulations 2000 which you agree to.
The liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.
Use of the site content
The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to GiftPrezzy.com. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.
Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. Product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner (mood shots may be used) and may not necessarily be in conformance with the approved use of such products.
The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as near as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings. Some products incorporate natural materials (e.g. wood, leather, etc.) which may also vary slightly. Therefore colours of products may vary slightly 'in the flesh' from the colour that is portrayed on the website.
Age Restricted Goods
Upon purchase of age restricted goods (including but not limited to: knives, alcohol, electronic cigarettes) you agree to the terms and conditions of this website and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel the order if proof of age cannot be provided upon request.
Delivery in the UK Mainland is normally £3.95. Some larger items delivered to the following areas below may incur an extra delivery charge. If this is the case then a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss the various options before the item is dispatched to you.
Areas which may incur an additional delivery charge
In the instance that the product carries an additional charge to be delivered, a member of our customer services team will contact you before the item is dispatched. More details are available on this policy on our delivery page.
Many of our smaller products are dispatched via Royal Mail to the above areas and will still maintain the standard delivery status.
Royal Mail delivery
Most packages sent by GiftPrezzy will be too large to fit through a letterbox. Somebody will therefore need to be present at the delivery address to take delivery of the order. If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection. If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case a missed-delivery fee of £3.95 may be charged.
Courier Delivery (Monday-Friday)
Heavy, high value and Express orders will be delivered by a courier and must be signed for by an adult. If delivery is attempted by a courier and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the depot to await collection or redelivery instructions. A second attempt at delivery will be made and a card left if necessary. If the package is still not collected or redirected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case a missed-delivery fee of £9.95 may be charged.

In using the GiftPrezzy.com web site you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself, about the person for whom you are purchasing a gift and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the 'check out' procedure. The only information collated will be that to allow GiftPrezzy.com to process your order. You will also be asked for information about yourself when you are registering with GiftPrezzy.com. This information will be collated in an online form.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
What we use your information for
The information you provide to us is used so that you the customer can get the most out of the GiftPrezzy.com experience. We believe that our web site is innovative and is designed to offer our customers the following services:
Your Details - This is a 'portal' that allows the user to use all of our added value features. For example you will be able to track your orders, use the Gift Reminder and Wish List facilities, refer friends, track your order history etc.
Referrals - The user will be able to refer their friends to the site.
Vouchers - Gift Vouchers are also available on GiftPrezzy.com and as they are an intangible item, information about the recipient and sender are needed to actually process the voucher order.
We also use your information to process your order; giving delivery details to our suppliers and processing payment through our secure banking facility.

By providing GiftPrezzy.com with your email and postal address you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers, which we think maybe of interest to you. The information may also be used to notify you of products and services of carefully selected third parties, which we think may be of interest to you.
For Non-Faulty Goods
If you have had a change of heart you must return the item to GiftPrezzy.com unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.
Please contact a member of our Customer Services team (or email email@example.com) and they will instruct you on how to return the items and issue you with Returns Authorisation Code. We may also advise how to send the item back to us.
You are also required to complete a Returns Form and return this with your order. We will send you a copy of the returns form by email for you to print off and fill out.
All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. For expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to GiftPrezzy.com before 3.00pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email within 3 days.
Please contact a member of our Customer Services team on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will instruct you on how to return the items to us and issue a Returns Authorisation Code. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed. You are also required to complete a Returns Form and return this with your order. We will send you a copy of the returns form by email for you to print off and fill out.
When returning faulty items we may still ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt GiftPrezzy.com will reimburse the costs incurred*. GiftPrezzy.com shall pay you a reasonable* postage amount for the return of the product. We normally ask that goods are sent back via First Class Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) but it may be necessary for us to arrange to collect certain items via a courier.
* Please obtain a proof of postage costs so we can reimburse you the full amount.
*Please note that by reasonable we mean any delivery service equivalent to the cost of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and up to a maximum value of £10. We regret that we will not be able to refund excessive postage costs (for example goods being sent by special delivery or by courier when this is not necessary). If the postage costs are going to exceed £10 please contact us at Customersupport@giftprezzy.com for further advice.
If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.
We will not confirm that we have received your return. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your gift will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Services Team at email@example.com. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Referrals Terms & Conditions
By referring a friend to the GiftPrezzy.com Referrals scheme, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By doing this, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Because of the very nature of the Referrals scheme, you also agree to allow GiftPrezzy.com to use your details (in this instance your name and your e-mail address) to send e-mails to your friends.
You also agree to the limitation of liability for GiftPrezzy.com in connection with the scheme.
If GiftPrezzy.com determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you and your Registration under the Scheme (including, without limitation, by cancelling or declining any and all gift vouchers issued or to be issued to you).
To the fullest extent permitted at law, neither GiftPrezzy.com nor any of its Directors, or employees will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with this scheme. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and GiftPrezzy.com with respect to the scheme.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by GiftPrezzy.com in its sole discretion at any time. Any such amendments will be uploaded on to this page. Once this happens, it is your responsibility to review this page for such amendments. For your own information, you should do this periodically from time to time.
With regards to Severance, If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with English Law, without reference to its choice of law rules, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Registration Gift Vouchers
By registering with the GiftPrezzy.com Registration scheme, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By doing this, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also agree to the limitation of liability for GiftPrezzy.com Ltd in connection with the scheme.

GiftPrezzy.com partner supplier is a reputable well-known UK brand Golden Moments with over 15 years’ experience in the business. Golden Moments ‘Terms and Conditions are set out as follows.
Please read these important details carefully. These paragraphs define our responsibility with respect to all our Experiences, goods and services sold and redeemed. These terms do not affect or restrict your statutory rights. Purchase or redemption of a Golden Moments Experience or item represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
GiftPrezzy.com partner supplier Golden Moments gives notice that services provided in connection with its Experiences and itineraries are purchased from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with Golden Moments and their partners in any way. Although it endeavours to choose quality suppliers of the Experiences offered, Golden Moments has no right to control their operations and therefore makes these arrangements upon the express condition that Golden Moments and its own agents and employees shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person, or damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these services. As a result, Golden Moments is not liable for any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any such person or of any other third party. Each of these service companies who has been hired to provide the Experience is subject to the laws of the state or country where the service is provided, and operates in accordance with their own terms & conditions (available upon request) and participation is conditional upon acceptance of these.
Additionally, Golden Moments shall not be liable for: (a) any expenses incurred that are not expressly agreed to be a part of the payment associated with any individual Experience, including expenses that may be required either en route, prior to, or following an Experience; or (b) risks of delay, unanticipated
events, inconvenience, illness, bodily injury, emotional trauma or death, or property damage, for any reason. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate with such Experience, I hereby release and discharge forever Golden Moments from and against any and all liability arising from my participation with the experience. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family and all minors accompanying me, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my intention fully to assume all the risks associated with my participation with this Experience and to release Golden Moments from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Golden Moments reserves the right to decline to accept or to restrain from further participation any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigours and requirements of participating in the activities associated with any Experience, or any person whose actions or deportment impede the planned Experience or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other participants. A refund based on the cost of the unused portion of the Experience is the limit of Golden Moments responsibility in such a case.
The description of each experience contained in our online brochure and in the Golden Moments pack is at times abbreviated and is correct at time of print. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme without notice, including the right to withdraw or substitute locations. Where an alteration is material we will notify the recipient at the time their booking is confirmed or by subsequent communication. In the unlikely event of mechanical breakdown, illness or circumstances beyond our control, such as unsuitable weather conditions, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of components or an equivalent value refund without notice. Experience and session durations are approximate and given as a guide only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, you will take your turn with other members of the public and there may be waiting time involved.
Personalised Gifts and Other Tangible Items
With these gifts, such as cases of wine and personalized wine bottles, you may not receive a Golden Moments voucher, and delivery times may vary. Courier/express fees also vary according to the gift concerned. Personalised goods can not be returned for refund. Please check when ordering.
Restrictions, Requirements & Important Information
Wherever appropriate we have included abbreviated health, age, weight and requirements, such as a valid driving licence or telephoning a weather-check hotline, on our website, brochures and vouchers. Full details are available on request and will be contained in booking documents. Please read carefully. Once you have received your purchase / gift pack please notify us within 7 days if the experience is unsuitable.
All experiences are offered subject to availability, and many are also subject to weather conditions on the day. Ideally, bookings should be made at least 28 days in advance. Longer notice may be required to secure weekends or peak season dates. You are advised not to make any travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing. In addition, we strongly advise you to re-confirm your booking direct with the venue 48 hours in advance of your session.
Once your booking has been completed, if you wish to cancel or amend this you may incur cancellation charges, although you may be covered under our cancellation insurance. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an experience or component we or the venue will attempt to contact you. Please provide a contact number when booking so that we can reach you if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation the liability of Golden Moments is limited to re-booking a similar experience or component for another date, or an equivalent value refund to the cost of the cancelled experience component(s).
Prices are stated inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of going to print, E&OE. However we reserve the right to make changes to our prices without notice at any time. If there has been a price change you will be advised when you order. Please note full payment is required before we can dispatch your
Golden Moments voucher. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of vouchers or items where payment by credit card has been declined or where a cheque has failed to reach us. All prices are for one person unless explicitly stated (i.e. for two in the product name).
We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Solo, Diners and Visa Electron). A small surcharge of 3% is levied for using credit cards to reflect the additional fees we must pay. We accept cheques via post; made payable to Golden Moments Worldwide Ltd and are subject to funds clearing. Payment via cash is only accepted in person at one of our offices, where you will be given a signed receipt. Please do not send cash by post. Please note we cannot reserve dates, dispatch your gift pack or voucher until payment has cleared.
Delivery By Post & Email
All Golden Moments vouchers are dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm. Guaranteed next day or courier delivery are also available at your request. Please take care when providing email addresses to receive email vouchers and ensure our domain goldenmoments.com is added to your computer's white list. If a voucher does not arrive, prior to contacting us for a free replacement, please check email spam filters or for postal collection cards. We cannot be held liable for any loss or distress suffered as a result of non-arrival. On receiving your gift pack voucher, please check carefully all information contained within it. Should you find any errors or are unsure of any experience related information you must notify us before the experience date or within 7 working days, whichever is sooner.
The expiry date for ‘open-dated' vouchers is detailed on the voucher in your Golden Moments pack. If the recipient is unable to participate in the experience before that date the voucher may be extended for a further 9 months, provided we are notified during the 28 days prior to the expiry date. A GBP23.49
administration fee is chargeable, plus any price increase of the experience, which may include reissue of a new Golden Moments voucher. Extended vouchers are non-refundable. If your voucher has expired it may be possible to re-activate it for a fee of GBP32.49 plus any price increase in the experience.
All open-dated experiences can be exchanged once only for any other experience in our range provided we are notified before the expiry date. If the substituted experience is higher in price than the amount originally paid, you will need to pay the extra. If the substituted is lower in price than the amount originally paid, the balance will be held on account to be put towards another experience. Exchanged vouchers are non-refundable.
For security reasons, any voucher issued without a participant name will need to be returned to us before the voucher can be booked or exchanged. Golden Moments cannot be held responsible for lost or missing vouchers.
Date Bookings & Reservations
Unless a specific date is requested at purchase, vouchers are open-dated until the expiry date shown on the voucher. Once a date booking has been completed the experience cannot be exchanged or refunded. Confirmation documents with the booking/ticket redemption number will be sent to confirm your booking. We ask you to read this document carefully and contact us on receipt if any changes need to be made. If confirmation does not arrive within 14 days you must contact us. In the event of a recipient not attending a booking it is classed as a non-show used voucher.
We are happy to make a 100% refund less any express shipping or packaging charges on non-expired open-dated vouchers bought directly from Golden Moments within 7 working days of receipt of postage, subject to written notification by post or email. After which but before expiry date refunds are subject to 25% administration charge, with a minimum charge of £15. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher or item, and if originally paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, the monies will be refunded to the same account.
On The Day
If you have a problem or complaint during your experience please bring it to the attention of the management at the earliest opportunity so they have the chance to put it right. We would wish you to raise any concerns immediately, rather than reporting the complaint upon your return. Or call 0845 2714 900 to speak with the Duty Manager. We take complaints and feedback very seriously. If a resolution on the day has not been made to your satisfaction, please make your complaint in writing with full details including your redemption reference number. Please write to; The Customer Services Manager, Incentive House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, Hampshire, PO4 8DS, United Kingdom. Please allow 28 days for a full investigation and response.
Loyalty Programs, Points and Rewards Schemes
In receiving loyalty points accepted by Golden Moments you are accepting these terms. The issuer reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or reward certificates or confirmations already accumulated. Members must not maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts. At the issuer's sole discretion, if with reasonable grounds, it suspects fraud, theft or dishonesty, membership may be terminated and accrued points nullified. Points must not be sold, transferred or bartered, other than by the issuer, such violations will result in confiscation. Accrued points remain the property of the issuer. Unless notified, rewards may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers or monetary refunds.
Access & Disability
Golden Moments welcomes the participation of disabled individuals in the experiences on offer, (although we recognise that some of these experiences may present difficulties for some individuals). We are committed to ensure that our disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate in our gift
experiences and, in order to allow this to happen, we ask that the existence of any disability be stated at the time of order. This will enable us to take appropriate action to address the individual's particular needs.
Experience Pictures and Images
The pictures and images used in our web site and printed materials are for illustration indication only, as the machines, vehicles, craft, animals and setting at each venue do vary and may not reflect a true likeness. Golden Moments reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our Experiences and may use any such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
Protecting Your Data and Privacy
Golden Moments is a registered data user (licence no. Z9017958), and complies with each of the eight principles of good data protection. These principles require that data is: fairly and lawfully processed; processed for limited purposes; adequate, relevant and not excessive; accurate; not kept longer than necessary; processed in accordance with the data subjects rights; secure; not transferred outside the EU without adequate protection.
The Golden Moments logo, eye device and Golden Moments Experience Hunters name are protected and registered trademarks of Golden Moments Worldwide Ltd. The images, photographs, layout and text of our website, brochure, gift and information packs, plus all advertisements are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the permission of Golden Moments.
